1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. In this Appeal, the Appellant has challenged the judgment

dated 25.05 passed by the learned Commissioner for

Employee's Compensation-cum-Joint Labour Commissioner,

Bhubaneswar in E.C. Case No.29 of 2009.

3. Heard.

4. Issue notice to the Respondent by Speed Post with A.D.

making it returnable on 18th November, 2025. Requisites shall

be filed within five working days hence.

5. List this matter on 18th November, 2025.

6. LCR be called for in the meantime.

7. As an interim measure, it is directed that the awarded

Commissioner for Employees' Compensation-cum-Joint

Labour Commissioner, Bhubaneswar in E.C. Case No.29 of

2009, shall not be disbursed in favour of the claimant till

disposal of the appeal.

8. The I.A. is disposed of.
