21. 1. These matters are taken up through hybrid mode. . 2. Heard further arguments in part.

3. Mr. Patnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the impugned order was passed basically considering the judgments passed in the case of Babita Satapathy, Banita Biswal and the competence of the concerned authority to fix the maximum age.

4. Mr. J.K. Rath, learned senior counsel with Mr. B. Satapathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the judgment passed in Banita Biswal may not operate as res-judicata as claimed by the State counsel. However, he seeks further time to examine the matter from the above angle and hence requests for an adjournment.

5. List these matters on 30th October, 2025.

6. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
