02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. On the oral prayer of the learned counsel for the Appellant, he is permitted to add the Informant as Respondent No.2 to the appeal memo.

3. Let the corrected copy of the cause title of the appeal memo be filed within three working days hence.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant.

5. Appeal is admitted.

6. Call for the digitized copy of the TCR.

7. Issue notice to the newly added Respondent No.2/Informant by Speed Post with A.D. by fixing a short returnable date. Requisites shall be filed within three working days hence.

8. An extra copy of the appeal memo be served on the learned

counsel for the State, who shall make every endeavour to serve the appeal memo on the Respondent No.2-Informant with the help of the local police and obtain a confirmation thereof by the next date.

9. List this matter in the week commencing from 15th December, 2025.

10. This is an application for staying the realization of fine amount.

11. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner-Appellant as well as learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State- Respondent No.1.

12. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner-Appellant, it is directed that realization of fine amount under the impugned judgment in Special Case No.08 of 2023 (T.C. No.36 of 2023) passed by learned Adhoc Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTSC), Keonjhar shall remain stayed till the next date.

13. List this matter immediately after receipt of digitized copy of the TCR and after appearance of the Respondent No.2-Informant.
