16. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This I.A. has been filed by the petitioners in the

disposed of CMP No.470 of 2014 praying for modification of the

ordering portion of the Judgment dated 25.07.2025 passed in CMP

No.470 of 2014. Because, the direction was given to communicate

the copy of the Judgment of CMP No.470 of 2014 immediately to the

learned Addl. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Balasore in reference to

C.S. No.778 of 2003 Class-I, but, in the meantime, the said suit vide

C.S. No.778 of 2003-I has already been transferred to the Court of

learned Senior Civil Judge, Soro.

Therefore, in Para No.17 of the Judgment passed on

dated 25.07.2025 in CMP No.470 of 2014 is required to be modified.

4. After hearing from the learned counsels of both the

sides, instead of correcting in the ordering portion of the Judgment

dated 25.07.2025 passed in CMP No.470 of 2014, it is felt proper to

dispose of this I.A directing the Registry to communicate a copy of

this Order along with the copy of the Judgment dated 25.07.2025

passed in CMP No.470 of 2014 to the learned Senior Civil Judge,

Soro in reference to C.S. No.778 of 2003-I to proceed with the suit

vide C.S. No.778 of 2003-I by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Soro

according to the directions given in the Judgment dated 25.07.2025

passed in CMP No.470 of 2014.

5. As such, this I.A. is disposed of finally.
