03. 1. This matter is up through hybrid mode. . 2. A show cause affidavit has been filed stating that the writ appeal being W.A. No.1598 of 2025 has been filed by the State against the judgment passed by this Court.
3. Learned State counsel fairly submits that no order of stay has been passed by the Division Bench so far.
4. In such view of the matter, this Court finds no legal impediment to implement the judgment at least provisionally subject to the final result of the writ appeal.
5. Learned State counsel shall take instructions in this regard and if necessary file an affidavit showing provisional compliance of the judgment by the next date.
6. List this matter on 19th November, 2025.
