05. 1. Heard Mr. Mund, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. On behalf of opposite party No.1, an adjournment is requested on the ground stated.

3. As a last chance, further time is allowed for opposite party No.1 to file an affidavit. State is also requested to take instructions on the plea of the petitioner that he is still continuing as the Sarpanch despite the impugned judgment in Election Appeal No.05 of 2023.

4. List on 6th November, 2025 for final orders and in the meantime, opposite party No.1 shall file the counter affidavit positively serving a copy of the same on the other side in advance.

5. LCR be called for. The State is also directed to be ready with the instructions for final hearing.

6. List on the date fixed for orders.
