02. 1. It is submitted that the complainant before the District Consumer Forum is own brother of the President of the Forum who is a party to the impugned judgment dated 3rd March 2025 under Annexure-4.

2. Issue notice. Mr. Rout, learned ASC accepts notice for Opposite Parties 2 & 3. Two extra copies of the writ petition shall be served on him within seven working days.

3. Notice on Opposite Parties 1 & 4 by Speed Post with A.D. for which requisites shall be filed within seven working days.

4. Office is directed to get the postal tracking report.

5. List this matter on 22nd December 2025.
