2. Mr. Das, learned Counsel for the Opposite Party prays for an adjournment on the ground of his ailment.

3. Mr. Das submits, the Opposite Party has also preferred another revision petition challenging the self- same judgment impugned in the present revision petition, which has been registered as Diary No.45030/2025.

4. The matter be listed in the week commencing from 5th January, 2026 along with the said revision petition, if defects are removed in the meantime and the revision petition gets registered.
