        01.                  1.      The appellant is before this Court challenging the

judgment and decree dated 20.09.2025 passed by the leaned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur in Civil Proceeding No.361 of 2022.

2. By the said judgment and decree the petition filed by the appellant-petitioner-husband under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking dissolution of the marriage solemnized on 27.04.2019 with the respondent was turned down. On being asked whether the appellant is maintaining his wife, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks and has adjournment to obtain instruction.
