Writ Appeal No.1232 of 2023 was disposed off

finally, vide judgment dated 15.07.2025, along with a batch

of matters, which essentially relate to employees other

than Work Charged. Counsel for the applicant, who

happens to be the petitioner, submits that this matter could

not have been disposed off with other matters, which

relate to non-Work Charged establishment, since this

relates to Work Charged establishment. After going

through the papers, this proposal is not disputed by

learned AGA Mr. Jee.

In the above circumstances, subject application

having been favoured, judgment dated 15.07.2025 to the

extent it relates to W.A. No.1232 of 2023 is recalled and as a

consequence, said Writ Appeal is restored to the Board for

being heard on merits along with other connected Writ

Appeals. It is made clear that the judgment dated

15.07.2025 relates to the rest of the Writ Appeals shall

remain intact.

I.A. is disposed off.
