ORDER
24.11.2025
Order No.
01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. On perusal of the record it appears that the present leave application was presented on 20.06.2011 seeking leave of this Court to prefer an appeal against the judgment of acquittal dated 22.04.2011.
3. Office noting shows that the certified copy of the impugned judgment has not been filed as of now although more than one and half decade has elapsed in the meantime. The matter was not listed even once since the date of filing.
4. None appears for the Petitioner when the matter was called.
5. In view of the aforesaid position, this court has reasons to believe that the Petitioner has lost interest in the litigation and he does not want to continue in this case. Hence, the application stands dismissed as not pressed.
