As directed, Sri Sitaram Patra, Block Education Officer, Goshani is present and files his show cause affidavit, inter alia, stating that the new Director of Elementary Education has taken over charge of the post only yesterday, i.e. 14.05.2025 and the entire matter regarding compliance of this Court's order has been placed before him. After necessary examination, instruction has been sought for from the Government, which is awaited.

3. Mr. S.N.Patnaik, learned A.G.A. submits that steps are being taken to implement the judgment of this Court subject to the result of the writ appeal filed. He requests for an adjournment.

4. Considering the show cause affidavit filed and also the submission of the learned State Counsel, this Court is willing to grant further time for implementation of the judgment.

5. List this matter on 26th June, 2025.

6. Personal appearance of Sri Sitaram Patra is dispensed with for the time being.
