I.A. No.173 of 2025 and CONTC No. 4200 of 2024 Order No. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

02. . 2. This is an application filed by the Berhampur University for

granting three months' time to comply with the judgment of this

Court. It is seen that this Court disposed of the writ application

way back on 18.10.2023 with a direction to the authorities to pass

necessary orders within a period of two months. No reason is cited

as to why the order has not been complied with as yet and three

months further time is sought for.

3. Having regard to the grounds cited above and the submissions

made, this Court grants, as a last chance, two months' time, to

opposite party-contemners to comply with the order passed by this

Court.

4. List this matter on 11th July, 2025. It is made clear that, if the

order is not complied with, the opposite party no.3-contemner shall

appear in person and shall file an affidavit.
