01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition inter alia with the following prayer:
"In the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner, therefore, most humbly prays that your Lordship would be graciously pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the opposite parties and after hearing the counsel for the parties, this Hon'ble Court be further pleased to direct the Opposite Parties to grant the benefit of Lecturer (Group-A) Scale of Pay w.e.f. 01.06.2002 instead of 01.06.2008 and the Reader (SS) scale of pay w.e.f. 01.06.2012 instead of 01.06.2018 in terms of the judgment dated 03.04.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP(C) NO.8976 of 2017 titled as Chittaranjan Das Vs. State of Odisha & Others and judgment dated 06.07.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Dolamani Meher and batch Vrs. State of Odisha & Ors. W.P.(C) No.4312 of 2016 and be further pleased to direct the Opposite Parties to calculate the differential arrear and pay the same to the petitioner within a stipulated period."

4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period two (2) weeks hence.
4.1. It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.1 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three months thereafter. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the petitioner.
4.2. It is further observed that along with the representation, order passed in the case of Chittaranjan Das Vs. State of Odisha & Others so relied on by the learned counsel for the Petitioner be enclosed.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
