Considering the recitals in the I.A. and taking into account the submission made regarding the role played by the Appellants and the judgment this Court directs that the Appellants be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rairangpur in S.T. Case No.46 of 2020 corresponding to Rairangpur Town P.S. Case No.98 of 2016.

4. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
