1. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:-
Under the above circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to direct the Opp. Party No.3 to modify his order dtd.08.01.2018 under Annexure-5 and to regularize the service of the Petitioner as a Regular Zilla Parishad Teacher on completion of six years of service instead of 8 years as Ganasikshyak and to grant him all consequential service and financial benefit within a stipulated period as deem fit and proper as his case is squarely covered by the decision of this Hon'ble Court in case of Bishnu Ch. Naik Vs. State of Odisha and Others (WA No.517 of 2024 disposed of on 18.03.2024) and Dhananjay Dey and Others;
And/or pass any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders and direction/directions in the fitness of the case;

And for this act of kindness as in duty bound the petitioner shall ever pray.
4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period two (2) weeks hence.
5. It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.3 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months thereafter. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.3 be communicated to the petitioner.
6. It is however observed that while taking a decision relevancy and effect of the judgment passed by this Court in W.A. No.524 of 2024 and batch be taken into consideration.
7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
