01. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

3. Issue notice to the Opposite Party by Registered/Speed Post with A.D. fixing a short returnable date. Requisites be filed by 15.05.2025.

4. The matter be listed in the week commencing from 30th June, 2025.

5. Tracking report of notice to the Opposite Party be kept on record before the next date of listing.

2. Accept one set of process fee.

3. As an interim measure, it is directed that operation of impugned judgment dated 13.11.2024, passed by the Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar, in Criminal Proceeding No.99 of 2020, shall remain stayed till the next date subject to payment of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) to the Opposite Party in shape of Demand Draft within ten days hence and filing of compliance affidavit, with proof, before the Registry.

4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application as per rules.
