01. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. Rout, learned Counsel for the Petitioner so also Mr. Nayak, learned ASC for the State-Opposite Parties.

3. Mr. Nayak, learned ASC, drawing attention of this Court to notice dated 19.03.2025 of the Tahasildar, Jatni as at Annexure-5 submits, the writ petition is premature.

4. A query being made as to present status of the proceeding initiated by the Tahasildar, Jatni, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits, pursuant to such notice, the Petitioner appeared on 29th March, 2025 before the Tahasildar, Jatni and has already filed his show cause and also has asked for certified copy of record in C.S. No.94/1435 of 2013/2010 from the Court of 2nd Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bhubaneswar to do further needful in the said regard. Mr. Rout submits, the Petitioner was not arrayed as a party to the said suit and the judgment and

decree was passed behind his back, though he was a necessary and proper party.

5. In view of such submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

6. At this Stage, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.

7. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
