Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. This appeal U/S. 47(a) of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 (In short "the Act") r/w Sec 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 by the Appellants is directed against the impugned judgment dated 07.03.2025 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in CP No. 198 of 2021 directing the Appellants to handover the custody of the child to the Respondent.

3. Heard. Issue notice on admission in appeal to Respondents by Speed Post/Registered Post with AD fixing a short returnable date. Requisites for issuance of notice shall be filed within three working days. The digitized/soft copy of the LCR/TCR be called for from the learned trial Court.

4. As an interim measure, there shall be stay
