3. Mr. P.K. Mishra, learned counsel contended that he has instruction to appear on behalf of the Claimants- Respondent Nos.1 to 5 and he will file his appearance memo within a week.

4. In view of the same, let a copy of the appeal memo along with judgment be served on Mr. Mishra, by day- after-tomorrow (08.05.2025).

5. Considering the office note, issue fresh notice to Respondent No.6 by Registered Post with A.D./Speed Post, requisites for which shall be filed by 08.05.2025.
