   16.            This   matter    is    taken    up   through    Hybrid

Learned counsel for the State submits that the file is not traceable in the A.G. Office and he may be permitted to take the soft copy of this writ appeal along with connected writ appeals in his pendrive.

Permission is granted.

Mr. Jena, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the case of the appellant is covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Jambeswar Naik and another vrs. State of Odisha and others (W.P.(C) No.24882 of 2012 disposed of on 30.09.2021).

Copy of the judgment has been handed over to the learned counsel for the State, who seeks some time to verify the record so also the judgment.

Put up this matter on 12.05.2025 along with W.A. No. 752 of 2015, W.A. No. 753 of 2015 and W.A. No. 754 of 2015.
