"1. The writ petition has been listed under heading
'To Be Mentioned' at instance of petitioner. Mr.
Padhy, learned advocate appears on his behalf. He
hands up copy of judgment dated 1st March, 2024 made
by a learned single Judge in a batch of writ petitions,
lead case being W.P.(C) no. 40936 of 2023 (B. Ajaya
Patro v. State of Odisha and others). He submits,
challenge and prayer of the writ petition stand covered
by the judgment.
2. Mrs. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional
Government Advocate appears on behalf of State. She
is requested to go through the judgment and inform us
of State's contention on adjourned date. Service return
