01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of the order dated 04.11.2022 passed by this Court in W.P(C) No.11238 of 2022.

3. Considering the submission made, this Court, by providing a last chance, deems it proper to dispose of the Contempt Petition with a direction to the Opposite Party- Contemnor to comply with the direction of this Court dated 04.11.2022 passed by this Court in W.P(C) No.11238 of 2022 , if the same has not been complied with in the meantime, as a last chance, within a period of six weeks, from the date of service of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner,
