1. This is an application for modification of the order dated 06.02.2025 passed in WP(C) No.398 of 2023.

2. Taking into account the recitals in the I.A and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State the first date "18.12.2013" mentioned in the 6th line of Paragraph-11 and Paragraph-12 of the judgment dated 06.02.2025 be read as "28.12.2013".

3. So far as the prayer in the I.A for recasting of the operative portion of the judgment dated 06.02.2025 is concerned, the same cannot be done by way of correction. Liberty is given to the Petitioner

to take recourse to appropriate course of law if he has any subsisting grievance.

4. Registry is requested to carry out the necessary correction of date as above.

5. I.A is accordingly disposed of.
