01. 1. Heard Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Instant revision is filed by the petitioners challenging the impugned judgment in Criminal Appeal No.5/25 of 2014- 15 confirming the order of conviction and sentence in Sessions Case No.10/18 of 2008 directed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge-cum-CJM, Bolangir convicting them under Sections 307 I.P.C and other allied offences on the grounds stated therein.

3. Considering the plea advanced by the petitioners and the grounds stated in the revision petition and recording the submission of Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioners, the Court is inclined to direct the State to respond with a reply on the next date.

4. An extra copy of the revision petition along with the annexures is to be served on the State in course of the day.

5. List on 21st July, 2025 for final hearing and orders.

03. 1. Heard Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Instant I.As are filed by the petitioners seeking release of the petitioners on bail and for stay realization of fine amount as has been directed and confirmed in Criminal Appeal No.5/25 of 2014-15 for the reasons stated therein.

3. Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were on bail during trial and pendency of appeal before the learned Court below.

4. Considering such submissions and as the maximum sentence is of three years awarded by the Court of 1 st instance and confirmed in appeal, this Court, as an interim measure, directs that the petitioners shall be allowed to go on bail subject to suitable conditions. The Court is also of the view that the fine amount as has been awarded against the petitioners should be stayed for the time being pending receipt of response from the State.

5. Accordingly, it is ordered. Consequently, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Sessions

Case No.10/18 of 2008 with suitable conditions imposed with stay realization of fine amount till the next date.

6. List on the date fixed for further orders.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
