Mr. Saswat Dash, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Party submitted that the earlier order has already been withdrawn vide Letter No.HFW-FW-CASE- 0072-2020/18439/H&FW, dated 24.06.2025 and fresh decision is likely to be taken in light of the judgment dated 21.10.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.409 of 2021. Therefore, he seeks some time for complying with the direction contained in the said judgment.
