04. 1. This intra-Court Appeal moved by the State is against order dated 11.01.2024 rendered by a learned Singe Judge of this Court in FAO No.602 of 2019 under the provisions of section 24C of Orissa Education Act, 1969.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent-employee submits and learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State is not in a position to much dispute that intra-Court Appeal of the kind is not maintainable, in view of a Full Bench judgment of this Court in Laba Kumar Rath v. State of Odisha and others, 2025 (I) ILR CUT 1.

In the above circumstances, this appeal is disposed of accordingly reserving liberty to the appellant to explore other proceedings in

accordance with law. In that regard, all contentions of the parties are kept open.
