01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:-
"It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:-
i) Direct the opposite parties to grant/sanction pension and pensionary benefits in favour of the petitioner on the basis of initial date of appointment 17.06.2011 as sikshya sahayak along with Regular service as qualifying service for computing the minimum pensionary benefits in view of the settled principles of law decided by the panjab and Haryana High court in Harbans Lal vrs. The State of panjab and others (CWP No.2371 of 2010decided on 31.8.2010 which has been upheld by the Hon'ble Apex court in SLP No 23578 of 2012 (SLP (C) CC No. 17901 of 2011 disposed of on 30.7.2012 (state of panjab and others vrs. Harbans Lal) and also in the case of Jeewan Lata v.state of panjab and others // 2 //
CWP No.10238 of 2017 (Q&M decided on 10.5.2019 and judgment dt.26.8.2020 of the Apex court in in civil Appeal No.3984 of 2020 v. Sukumaran vrs state of keral and others and grant pension with all consequential benefits.
pass such other order/direction as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.
And for which act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray ever pray."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-3 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.
5. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-3 within a period of three (3) months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
