3. Considering the grounds taken and the fact that a sum of Rs.50,000/- has been deposited in terms of order dtd.27.07.2023, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

5. The amount deposited in terms of order dtd.27.07.2023 be transferred to any appropriate account as per the advice of the Accounts Department of the Registry.

2. It is contended by the learned counsel appearing for the Parties that the issue involved in the present appeal is covered by the judgment of this Court so passed on 19.03.2025 in FAO No. 509 of 2014 and batch.

3. In view of such submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the Parties, the present FAO is disposed of in the light of the judgment so passed in FAO No. 509 of 2014 and batch.
