01. 1. Heard Mr. S. Sharma, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

2. It is submitted that present Petitioner, who is the substituted Judgment Debtor (JDr) in the execution proceeding, has not been noticed after death of the original JDr and now Bailiff is issued with the writ for her eviction.

3. Issue notice to the Opposite Party by Registered / Speed Post with A.D. for which requisites shall be filed within seven working days.

4. Office is directed to get the postal tracking report.

5. List the matter on 21st July, 2025.

02. 6. In the meantime status quo as on date over the suit land shall be maintained till 21st July, 2025.

7. An urgent certified copy of this order shall be issued on proper application.
