01. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr.Bahali, learned counsel for the appellant.

3. Issue notice to the respondent by Registered Post with AD,

requisites for which shall be filed within a week. In such event,

notice shall be issued fixing a short returnable date within three

weeks.

List this matter in the week commencing from 14.07.2025.

4. Issue notice as above accepting one set of process feel.

5. As an interim measure, it is directed that operation of the

impugned judgment dated 18.01.2025 passed by the learned

Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in C.P. No.284 of 2018 shall

remain stayed till the next date.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
