03. 1. Realization of fine amount shall remain stayed till disposal of the appeal.

2. The I.A. is disposed of.

3. Heard Mr. S.K. Routray, learned counsel for Appellant and Mr. S.K. Rout, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State- Respondent.

4. The Appellant, who has been convicted by learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Kuchinda in the judgment dated 18.07.2022 in S.T. Case No.52/3 of 2021-22 for commission of offences under Section 324/326/307, I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo R.I. for 7 years along with fine, has prayed to release him on bail pending appeal.

5. It is submitted that the Appellant is inside custody since 26.9.2021 till date.

6. Upon hearing Mr. S.K. Rout, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State-Respondent and taking note of the period of custody of the Appellant, it is directed to release the present Appellant, namely, Sambhrant Keshari Pattnaik on bail pending appeal in connection with the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Kuchinda may deem just and proper.

7. The I.A. is disposed of.

8. List this appeal in the 1st week of December 2025 for hearing.
