        01.           1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Mr. P.K. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the judgment dated 16th March, 2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nuapada in L.A.R. No. 30 of 2021, the petitioner has filed an application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act (in short 'the L.A. Act'), 1894 before the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Khariar on 18.05.2024. The said application is still pending.

3. Mr. Manmaya Kumar Dash, learned Additional Standing Counsel is directed to take instructions with regard to current status of the application under Section 28-A of the L.A. Act by the next date.

4. Put up on 24th July, 2025 along with W.P.(C) No. 15305 of 2025 and W.P.(C) No. 15291 of 2025.
