18.07.2025 Order No. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. It is submitted by Mr. Bijaya Kumar Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner that in terms of judgment dated 18th April, 2024 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nuapdada in L.A.R. Case No. 21 of 2021, the Petitioner has filed an application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for brevity of the Act), on 27th May, 2024 which is pending before the Special Land Acquisition Officer R & R, Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar.

3. Mr. Sibanarayan Biswal, learned Additional Standing Counsel prays for an adjournment to take instruction with regard to current status of such application.

4. Put up this matter on 14th August, 2025.

5. Instruction with regard to current status of the application under Section 28-A of the Act shall be obtained in the meantime.
