             01.            1.       This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to inaction of the Special Land Acquisition Officer (R & R), Khariar and in disposing of the application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for brevity 'the Act'), which was filed in terms of judgment dated 22nd June, 2024 passed by learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Nuapada in LAR No.251 of 2017.

3. Mr. Biswal, learned Additional Standing Counsel is directed to take instruction with regard to the status of such application stated to have been filed under Section 28-A of the Act.

4. Put up this matter on 14th August, 2025 along with W.P.(C). Nos.13416 of 2025, 14293 of 2025, 14463 of 2025 and 15196 of 2025.
