10. 1. Heard learned counsel for the LR of opposite party No.2.
2. Instant I.A. is filed for substitution on account of death of opposite party No.2. No objection is filed to the I.A. In fact, the revision is filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned judgments of learned courts below as at Annexures-1 and 2.
3. Opposite party No.2 was the complainant and since he died in the meantime, I.A. is filed for substitution of his LR. Considering the submission of learned counsel for opposite party No.2, the Court is inclined to allow substitution of his LR.
4. Accordingly, it is ordered.
5. I.A. is disposed of allowing the LR of opposite party No.2 to be impleaded as opposite party No. 2(a). Office is to carry out the above order.
