2. Learned Counsel for the parties are present.
3. Mr. R. K. Prusty, learned Counsel for the Opposite Party-Husband submits, during pendency of the present transfer petition, the Court below has passed a judgment on 07.12.2023 in C.P. No.631 of 2022. Hence, the transfer petition has become infructuous.
4. To substantiate his submission, Mr. Prusty files a memo enclosing thereto photocopy of the judgment dated 07.12.2023 passed in C.P. No.631 of 2022. The same be kept on record.
5. Accordingly, the transfer petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
