1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Mr. Achyutananda Pattanaik, learned counsel for the

Petitioner submits that in spite of the judgment dated 26th July, 2023

passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Bhubaneswar in L.A. Misc.

Case No. 19 of 2014 enhancing the compensation awarded by the

Land Acquisition Officer -cum- Collector, Khurda, the same has not

yet been released in favour of the Petitioner.

3. Mr. Swayambhu Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel

for the State prays for an adjournment to take instruction in the

matter from the Land Acquisition Officer, Khurda.

4. Put up this matter on 21st July, 2025 along with W.P.(C) No.

18093 of 2025.

5. Instruction, if any, shall be obtained in the meantime

positively.
