Admit.
Call for the trial Court records. The interim applications for bail and stay of realization of fine shall be considered after receipt of the trial Court records.
Learned counsel for the appellant shall supply the deposition copies of the witnesses to the learned counsel for the State by the next date.
Since one of the offences under which the appellant was found guilty by the learned trial Court is under section 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code, let an extra copy of the appeal memo along with the impugned judgment be served on the learned counsel for the State by Friday (24.01.2025), who shall send the
same to the Inspector-in-Charge of Jamda Police Station for its service on the informant in Jamda P.S. Case No.82 of 2023 and it will be intimated to him that the matter is likely to be taken up in the week commencing from 24th March, 2025 and if he so likes, he can engage a counsel to oppose the prayer for bail. A written proof regarding service of notice be obtained from the informant.
