Perused the prisoner's petition at "Flat-E" in which a request has been made by the appellant to engage Ms. Binapani Tripathy, learned counsel and Ms. Nandini Tripathy, learned counsel as his advocate.
Ms. Binapani Tripathy, learned counsel and Ms. Nandini Tripathy, learned counsel already filed their power on behalf of the appellant, which is accepted.
The name of the earlier engaged counsel Mr. Sanjeev Udgata and his associates shall not be reflected in the cause list henceforth.
Learned counsel for the State submits that though he has received the copy of the appeal memo from the learned counsel for the appellant, but the impugned judgment has not received.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he will supply the judgment copy to the learned counsel for the State by Wednesday (15.01.2025).
