01. 1. Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant,

who is father of respondent nos. 1 to 3. He submits, his client is

aggrieved by judgment dated 12th April, 2024 of the Family Court

directing maintenance for the daughters at aggregate ₹7,500/- per

month till their respective marriages, ₹3,00,000/- each for marriage

expenses and ₹1,00,000/- each for them to construct house. First wife

of his client, respondent no.4 was set ex parte in the Family Court. The

appeal was filed in time.

2. Appellant will put in requisites for issuance of notice of appeal.

The lower Court record be called for.
