2. Mr. Panda, learned Counsel for the Appellants hands up a copy of the judgment of this Court dated 21.03.2023 passed in L.A.A. No.57 of 2015 to the learned Counsel for the State- Respondent No.1 and submits, the subject matter of the present Appeal is squarely covered by the said judgment of this Court.

3. Learned Counsel for the State-Respondent No.1 prays for a short adjournment to examine the said judgment and have his say in the said regard.
