2. Perused the request made by the learned Sr. Civil Judge (Commercial Court), Bhubaneswar seeking further three (3) weeks time for disposal of C.S. No. 1558 of 2018.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant contended that in the meantime the suit in question has already been disposed of vide Judgment dtd.18.12.2024.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Parties, no further time is required to be allowed as prayed for.
