01.   1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. The Petitioner, by filing this Writ Petition, has sought

for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party/The

Registrar, Civil Courts, Sambalpur to issue the certified copy

of the Exhibit No.33 in S.T No.104/10 of 1990, which was

disposed of vide Judgment dated 29.01.1992 to the Petitioner,

which he applied for, vide application SI. No. CA 1802 (Crl)

dated 26.10.2022 under Annexure-2.

3. Heard.

4. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to the

Opposite Party.

5. Learned counsel for the State waives of notice on

behalf of the Opposite Party/ The Registrar, Civil Courts,

Sambalpur. One spare copy of the brief be served on him to

obtain instruction in the matter.

6. List this matter on 12.03.2025.

7. A copy of this order be given to the Registrar, Judicial,

High Court of Orissa, Cuttack.
