Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.

3. Memo containing the advertisement issued by the Director, Secondary Education, basing on which all the Petitioners were engaged on contractual basis vide orders issued under Annexure-1-Series, so produced in Court be kept in record.

4. It is further contended that in view of the decision rendered by this Court in the case of Swetapadma Samal Vs. State of Odisha and Others (W.P.(C) No.26508 of 2017, Petitioners are eligible to get the benefit as prayed for.

5. Mr. S.K. Jee, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State is also provided with a copy of the said judgment along with the written notes. He is directed to go through the same and apprise this Court with regard to its applicability to the facts of the present case.

6. As requested by Mr. S.K. Jee, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State, list this matter in the week commencing 3rd March, 2025.
