It is pointed out at the Bar that after seeking withdrawal of SLP(C) No.4115 of 2023 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 29.03.2023, instead of filing review against the judgment dated 26.10.2022 in W.A. No.198 of 2018, the Orissa Lift Irrigation Corporation Ltd. has preferred a review petition bearing RVWEPET No.267 of 2023 before the learned Single Judge, which came to be disposed of on 11.11.2024. However, it is submitted that after such disposal, the Corporation has filed a review petition before a Division Bench against the order dated 26.10.2022 in W.A. No.198 of 2018, which is stated to be pending.

3. At the request of learned counsel for the parties, list this matter on 13.03.2025.
