02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. This CRLMP is directed against the impugned judgment dated 27.09.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in CRP No.181 of 2023 granting a sum of Rs.12,000/- per month to OPs for their interim maintenance.

3. Heard, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Mallick, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Issue notice on admission to OPs by Speed Post/Registered Post with AD fixing a short returnable date. Requisites for issuance of notice shall be filed within three working days.
