This is an application for bail.

This case arises out of Pattamundai P.S. Case No.124 dated 12.06.2011.

Learned counsel for the State has produced the custody certificate, the jail conduct as well as the criminal antecedents against the appellant-petitioner, which shows that apart from Pattamundai P.S. Case No.124 of 2011, there are two other cases i.e.

Pattamundai P.S. Case No.60 of 2011 under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other offences and Kendrapara Town P.S. Case No.106 of 1997 under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25/27 of the Arms Act and section 9(b) of Indian Explosives Act. The custody certificate, jail conduct and written instruction are taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an objection to the additional affidavit filed by the State, wherein in paragraph-11, which has been mentioned that the petitioner has been acquitted in other cases except the present one, however the copies of the judgments of acquittal have not been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to produce the certified copies of the judgments in Pattamundai P.S. Case No.60 of 2011 and Kendrapara Town P.S. Case No.106 of 1997.

List this matter in the week commencing from 12.01.2026.
