3. It submitted that some additional substantial questions of law need to be framed.
4. Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted draft substantial questions of law.
5. This Court has perused the same and finds that substantial

6. Mr. Tripathy makes further submissions with reference to Section 103 of CPC.
7. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent also makes his submissions.
8. Mr. Tripathy requests for some time to make further submissions in this regard.
