11. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. . 2. Mr. Pattnaik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the S.L.P. filed by the State against the judgment of this Court has since been dismissed.

3. Learned State counsel shall take instructions in this regard. Further the Opposite Parties-Contemnors shall file compliance affidavit positively, failing which appropriate orders shall be passed.
